The elective-tribunal Rečica's seimelis (the small Diet) which met on the 6th-10th of February, 1706, in Rogačiov, vaivadija (district) of Minsk, and which was chaired by Pranciškus Jasnackis Vaina and Kazimieras Judickis, elected deputies to Lithuania's Chief Tribunal, as well as tax collectors for army maintenance and alcoholic beverages. At the same (ime the Diet fixed the tax of a half golden shilling and appointed Kazimieras Judickis and Aleksandras Haleckis as envoys to the chief commander of the Russian army. The surviving document, dealing with voting results, renders useful information about the voting procedure in this particular Diet as well as about particularities of voting in other Diets of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Four candidates to the deputies of Lithuania's Chief Tribunal were nominated, and, correspondingly, three candidates as tax collectors for army maintenance and three candidates as alcoholic beverages tax collectors. Each nobleman voted personally for these candidates by putting a vertical dash on a special document. The election to each of these positions was conducted separately: 118 noblemen elected deputies to the Tribunal, 75 – army maintenance tax collectors, and 88 noblemen - alcoholic beverages tax collectors. The voting results show that 120 noblemen participated in Rečica's elective-tribunal Diet in 1706. Only 101 of them were identified; others might have left the work of seimelis earlier, thus not participating in the lengthy election procedure.
