Abstract: This paper describes theoretical and empirical aspects of manager’s motivation. The main aim of the article it to present what motivators are especially important for managers – this group of workers who are usually responsible for motivating others, taking into consideration different criterions, such as: gender, age, level of education, experience.
Straipsnyje autorė teoriniu ir empiriniu aspektu analizuoja vadovų motyvaciją.Pagrindinis straipsnio tikslas yra atskleisti, kokie motyvuojantys faktoriai labiausiai skatina pačius vadovus – tą žmonių grupę, kuri paprastai būna įpareigota motyvuoti kitus, atsižvelgiant į skirtingus kriterijus: lytį, amžių, išsilavinimo lygį, patirtį.
