The investigation results. Integration of ITC in educational practice is determined by the following subjective factors: the gender, learning informatics at a secondary school, the nature of entering the university, perspectives of further education, motivation to work as a teacher. Male students more often use ICT successfully in educational practice than do the female students. Those students who learned informatics in the 11th-12th form use ICT more often and more purposefully. Vocational motivation to work as a teacher is not related to the use of computers in educational practices of disciplines: those respondents who entered Vilnius Pedagogical University according to the passing grade use computers in the classroom more successfully than those students who entered the University according to the chosen speciality. Those students who intend to continue studying a Master's degree or for a doctorate manage better to use computers at the lessons than those students who intend to improve themselves by self-education. There is a lack of investigations into integration of ICT in doing pedagogical practical work. Investigations that deal with subjective factors of integration of ICT in educational practice are especially rare. This is motivation to work as teachers, the need for continuous education, different experience of integration of ICT, etc. The problem of investigation consists in revealing the situation of integration of ICT in doing pedagogical practical work, what subjective factors determine this educational phenomenon. The objective of the investigation is to study integration of ICT taking into consideration the subjective factors that determine this educational phenomenon. Methods of the investigation. The subject of the investigation is integration of ICT in educational practice. Methods of the investigation are the analysis of literature, surveys, and mathematical statistics. Students of Vilnius Pedagogical University who studied subjects of natural sciences and did pedagogical practical work in 2006 formed the object of the investigation. A total of 900 students who chose day studies of the first level (a bachelor's degree) and studies by correspondence were interviewed.
