Results obtained from a specific education management diagnostic research combining quantitative and qualitative methods are presented in the article. The sphere of management diagnostic implementation is education institutions, i.e. schools. The source of the presented information the opinion of 187 school principals and vice principals on socio-professional relations between principals and vice principals and between principals and Education Departments. Anonymous survey is methodological basis of the research. At the initial stage qualitative (hermeneutic) content analysis has been used to categorize free answers. At the next stage, having formed and applied validity of the categories, quantitative content analysis has been made. The latter has given the opportunity to formulate laws of psychosemantic derivatives rating, taxonomy and structure applying methods of descriptive statistics as well as cluster, factor, and contingency analysis.
