Straipsnyje siekiama išgryninti mobingo koncepto semantiką. Analizuojamas mobingo terminas, sudarant reiškinio apibrėžimo raktinių žodžių žemėlapį. Akcentuojamas diskriminacinis mobingo darbuotojų santykiuose aspektas. Aptariamas mobingo terminas, jo vartosena Lietuvoje ir pateikiama patikslinta mobingo sąvoka.
The analysis of the development of studies concerning the phenomenon of mobbing indicate that studies conducted by many authors are directed at the dynamics of negative relationships and the mechanism of psychological conditioning aimed at destabilizing the victim’s psychological balance, bullying, intimidating and inflicting emotional pain on him/her.
