The article introduces the results of a survey on authoritarian attitudes of Lithuanian teachers (N=593). The research has been based on the general theory of an authoritarian personality, and it operationalizes the attitudes of teachers along five dimensions reflected in 46 items. The dimensions are as follows: 1) attitude towards physical punishment; 2) approach to improper psychological sanctions; 3) orientation towards segregation of underachieving, socially disadvantaged and disabled schoolchildren; [...].
