Organization in order to succeed in the market and compete effectively must be creative. Only creative organizations nowadays become true leaders because of having such a weapon, they can adapt to changes in the market, it is easier and better to make decisions, solve problems and generate ideas. The organization’s creativity must include almost everything of the organization - just a creative environment or the creative head is not enough. Numerous scientific studies of creativity is widely performed in many areas. However, many researches are fragmented and do not provide useful information for organizations. This article is devoted to the analysis of creativity researches, which will help the to observe information about the organization’s factors that foster creativity and suppressive creativity. Research objects in this creativity research are managers, employees, work in a group, organizational culture, organizational climate, environment and so on. This is valuable information for all types of organizations, which realize the benefits of creativity for organization and will help to successfully operate and compete in the market. Creativity in calendar marks in the very old days, when the creativity concept was understood as God’s gift. But the more serious investigations of creativity have started in the eighteenth century. Scientific sources found that creativity is associated with a number of scientific fields, so the concept and the researches were carried out only from this fields of science sides.
