Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas vienas iš trijų pedagogo profesiogramos komponentų - profesinių pedagoginių gebėjimų komponentas - išskaidytas į 5 blokus po 9 gebėjimus. Sudaryta pedagogo asmenybės gebėjimų vertinimo skalė, kurioje 830 ekspertų visuose blokuose rangavo gebėjimus nuo 1 iki 9 pagal jų svarbą pedagogo profesijai. The paper deals with one of the three components of the teacher’s professional skills program. The component is further subdivided into five constituent parts, and the differences as well as links among these parts are substantiated. To examine the component, the paper analyses the evaluation of 45 professional competencies of the pedagogue, provided by 830 respondents- primary school teachers, students, university lecturers, and high school students. The respondents consider love for children, the ability to communicate in an open and sincere way and A'Aigogical psychological training as the most important competencies. The statistical analysis of the evaluation has been carried out. The following analysis of evaluations has been performed: general statistical characteristics, graphical, and cluster analysis.
