Field tests were conducted in 2019 at Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy test station. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of different organic fertilizers: Fertenat, Humistar, Agrolinija-S, BIO-3 testing them on ‘Melodi’ kind potato against tuber disease. The total field area of the potato test was – 17.5 m2, the accounting area – 10 m2. The test variants were repeated four times. The reduction in the prevalence of Rhizoctonia canker disease was most influenced by Humistar (20.0%; 27%) fertilizers while the use of Fertenat (26.5%; 31%) was least effective also it had minor impact on the intensity of the diseases. Comparing results against Late blight shows that the highest spread was when Humistar (22%; 11%) fertilizers were used, but the disease was found to be less intense, while BIO-3 (12,5%; 22%) was most effective in stoping spreading although severity was highest. And common scab disease spread and intensity had major effect while Agrolinija-S (34%; 13%) fertiliser was used while Fertenat (39,5%, 13,5%) fertilaiser had almost no impact in the test results.
