Straipsnyje pateikiama antreprenerystės samprata, apžvelgta jos istorinė raida ir reikšmė pereinamosiose ekonomikose, antreprenerystės ryšys su smulkiu verslu. Aptarti smulkaus verslo iššūkiai ir kaip galimas atsakas įvardintas tapimas antrepreneriška organizacija.
Abstract (en)
In the article there are presented definitions of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship and historical development of these concepts. There is explained entrepreneurship process and its connection with small and medium- seized enterprises (SMEs). Challenges for small business and possible reactions to them – becoming entrepreneurial organization – are evaluated.
