Abstract (lt)
The work analyzes the ancient Lithuanian measures of weight: "svaras", "vaškas", "pundas" and "pundelis", and presents supposition about the derivation of the measure of weight "vaškas". The work also contains a survey of the origin and evolution of the measures "pundas" and "pundelis". The measure of weight "pundelis" is subjected to a more comprehensive analysis; it is emphasized that it had spread mostly as a flax measure of weight, and its links with other flax measures are ascertained.
