It is necessary to measure core attributes of a true leader in order to improve and maximise outcomes of the business. The clear question is whether leadership or effective leadership matters and has a favourable impact on organizational success. Leadership style, according to the idea, is crucial and has an impact on the organizational outcomes. In this thesis it is explained what great leadership is and how it is assessed using results. To summarize, good leaders have control over various attributes and demonstrate specific actions or leadership styles.
