Abstract (en)
The structure of the Ministry of Education has been changed greatly since 1920-40. The department of the national minorities united Russian, German, Jewish, Polish and Belorussian school administration and controlled all the cultural institutions of these nationalities. The minorities school’s system was autonomous, but working there was very difficult at that time. After 1934 the quantity of the mixed school’s has increased by 34%, because of the fact that the children of closed national schools studied there
