Abstract (en)
The paper discusses the need for open education resource author and user interaction, then suggests pre-defined author - user interaction points and responsibility areas for their pre-planned decisions and actions for mutual interaction. Author - user interaction model is based on the problems addressed discussing authors and user needs. Conceptual model - scenario is suggested by the authors of this research, and is the target for further validation and practical implementation guidelines for both education and technology specialists.
