The ability to operate comfortably and effectively within a broad spectrum of difference – human, cultural, and environmental makes most managers’ success within their career. Also very important improve personal negotiation skills in the global environment. Each national culture has some impact on manager‘s career management and development. Managers need to pay an increasing amount of attention to the impact of national culture. This is because of growing cultural diversity within organizations and globalisation. Culttural empathy the major component of cultural sensitivityis learned (Goleman, 2006) and the cultural sensitivity plays a primary role in managers intercultural competence. Communication in its many forms also takes up most of manager‘s time, more than 80 percent of it in some positions. In fact, managers are often so busy communicating that they have no time to evaluate themselves,personal traits and improve negotiation skills. Cross-cultural bargains provide what is so seldom available in a time-pressed day at the office: the opportunity to step back, analyze and shape the communication skills that can make be a better manager. Managers is needed to respond to the characteristics of workforce diversity. Cross-cultural team membership presents certain problems in terms of creating a shared understanding a situation, including language differences and utilising different systems of communication, but they can also be more creative in their negotiating skills and personal career development in global environment.[...].
