Abstract (en)
In Lithuania over 500 plant species belong to the aliens. Naturally growing in central Asia, Impatiens parviflora DC., is among the most aggressively spreading species in Lithuania. In Lithuania small balsam is widely distributed on the borders of forests or along the forest roads and paths, also it is very common species for the city woods. Our analyses microsatellite DNA primers developed for I. glandulifera Ireland populations were used. For evaluation of primers five: IGNSSR101 EF025990, IGNSSR106 EF025993, IGNSSR203 EF025994, IGNSSR210 EF025995, IGNSSR240 EF025997 appeared to be valuable for investigation for Lithuania populations.
