Based on the detaled theoretical analysis of audiovisual instruments used in ontopsichology, social learning through imitation theory, reflective coaching method, the relevance of leadership development was defined the purpose of the research: “to measure if audiovisual conditioning and reflective coaching method can affect leader’s abilities of selfreflection and to change the meaning of leadership concept”. Quasi-experimental method and semi structured focused interview method were chosen for empirical investigation. The results of the investifation revealed that audiovisual conditioning and reflective coaching method has a direct impact to the meaning of leadership concept and self-assessment as a leader. The investigation results shows that with audiovisual conditioning was affected their meaning of leadership for 72 percent out of all participants.
