Introduction: The gluten-free products are the basis of the diet of people with celiac disease. The identification these products, of the available food products, is very difficult. Therefore, information function of packages of gluten-free products is the most important function. To make it easier for consumers to find information about the lack of gluten, the producers should design their packages to ensure they are readability. Material and methods: The study population randomly selected full-time students SGGW was supposed to evaluation of the readability informations about lack of gluten on the package of corn crips. Results: Based on the results concluded, that informations were visible in a good way, by the use of color-contrast between them and the background. Important were also: the location of the informations on the package and a large and clear font used for the project.
