The synthesys of nonformal education and formal is being disccused in this article. On the basis of analysis of literature , the investigation has been made, its being tried to improve nonformal education methods, because they have a lot of still not used opportunities inchanging the institutions of educations, creating a better children's environment in them and reaching a succssesful understanding of substance of formal education itself. All surveys made by leadder and students of school, show that children nonformal education still remains and actual theoretical and practical problem.The author is trying to give the answer to the question : ,,What factors might predetermine of the nonformal education systems improvement or perfection and what changes in the system would let to expect dynamic and possitive results". The article gives the analysis of nonformal education that expands the network of education subjects. Author is making conclusion that nonformal education succssesful realization subjects: The amount of works hours for nonformal education, material basis, specialists.
