Teaching to Be: Supporting Teachers’ Professional Growth and Wellbeing in the Field of Social and Emotional Learning

Abstract

The “Teaching to Be'' project aims to develop and examine a set of innovative teacher training and professional development practices, which can promote teachers’ professional wellbeing. By doing this, the project seeks to address the national and European education priorities and to shape new effective policies for teachers’ career development, improvement of work and learning environments and contribute to enhancing the quality of school education.
