Effect of farming systems on the accumulation of biologically active and anticancer compounds of potato tubers with coloured flesh

Abstract

The aim of the project is to examine the effects of farming systems (organic, biodynamic, conventional) on the soil properties and various quality characteristics of potato tubers with coloured flesh, including accumulation of biologically active compounds, minerals, sensory attributes and anticancer properties.
