    This paper examines the management potential of organisations development possibilitis, importance and problems to various companies. The paper is based on research which purposes are to identify the main steps in increasing management potential of organization and to make organization`s management potential development plan by applying coaching and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) methods. Coaching and NLP are one of the most effective learning tools which help managers to develop their professional competencies, organization’s human recourses and enables organization to develop as a system. Based on theoretical research and identified 7 key management capacity building steps, management potential development plan through the main management functions (planning, organizing, leading, motivation, controlling) as well as recommenda-tions for its implementation by applying coaching and NLP techniques are proposed.

    Socio-cultural systems analysis and understanding we can hardly imagine without organizational culture analysis. Today the Lithuanian businesses survive severe market challenges and changes, it is important to look for and analyze the success of alternative models of organizational cultures, to understand and adapt the Lithuanian market. This article analyzes the successful and adaptive in different periods of market functioning SEMCO organizational culture.The article reviews and analyzes the emergence of organizational culture, origins and factors. SEMCO is already more than thirty years of active company when it took over from his father's leadership Ricardo Semler. Until then, have been the traditional, strictly controlled, bureaucratic company, which manufactured a variety of ship industry and industrial mixers. SEMCO has thirty years of continuous growth and profit-driven story. Today SEMCO is a large multinational company operating in different countries. Goods and services as well as the spectrum is very wide, from factory-processing mixers, separators, pumps, mining, oil and shipping industry to environmental consulting companies or real estate. Manual (Ricardo Semler) willingness to experiment and make a living organization, and controlled by the same workers and not setting profit as the primary objective , probably due to its unique organizational model formed today. Unique is that SEMCO successfully grow and spread, despite the fact that according to traditional theories of management and control organization should fail during the first year. Large organizations are not characterized by flexibility and adaptability, as they become inflexible and susceptible to market changes.     The article examines SEMCO organizational structure. It analyzes new organizational approaches to sociocultural systems of management and control. According to the results of the analysis the authors create a circular organizational project for the Lithuanian market. There are presented the findings and the main conditions necessary for implementation of the model so that to make it adaptive and effective in the Lithuanian market.

    Scientists of systemology propose SBMS (Soft of Business Management System) just as a computerintegrated tool and recommend to project an organization using a methodology of minds activity. However the quality, particularity and usefulness of SBMS induce to review the scientists’ attitudes. Senselessness of the organizations systems leads to the waste of synergy and insufficient management. A person gifted with systematic intellection can organize a company as a system, including all components that are important according the system unit. A person who has an ability of systematic intellection is able to organize a company as a system without separating components and it is significant for the system as a whole. The systematic attitude to organization management consists of 6 competences: dynamic intellection; active interaction; systematic logic; process orientation; perpetual learning; perception of mental models. Principles of systematic thinking help organizations to compete successfully in the market. There is not easy to understand what organizational features and personal abilities of managers determine the choice of the organizations project method. The disclosed regularities can help to understand better the aspects of organization project management. It is important to check relationships between methodology of minds activity and SBMS (Soft of Business Management System). The article analyses organizations’ features and managers’ characteristics that determine the method of organizations projection and enables to look for regularities that allow better understanding of the aspects of organizations projection.     In the paper there are distinguished and defined the concepts of ‘mind activity’ and ‘thinking’; determined the role of mind activity in managing and developing organizations. The authors discuss mind activity integrated with future activity: prognostication, floodlighting, projection, programming, planning, making a scenario, implementation of a project, supervision of an author, expertise, monitoring, organizing and management; substantiated the usefulness of the mind activity creating the future of an organization.

    To disclose the role of systems thinking as a competence in leadership. Findings. Correlation and regression analyses revealed that systems thinking competency was associated with higher leadership performance. Originality/value. This paper establishes a link between systems thinking and leadership performance. The relevance of systems thinking as a competence was disclosed in the context of leadership. Based on the analysis ann synthesis of the scientific literature a conceptual model of relationship between intelligence competencies and leadership performance was developed. The theoretical model was supported by empirical evidence from the two industries perspectives: the paper compares the impact of systems thinking on leadership performance in manufacturing and retail trade enterprises. Design/methodology/approach. The paper follows a quantitative research approach. Firstly, exploratory factor analysis was employed to assess the dimensionality of scales. Secondly, relationships between variables were explored using Spearman's correlation. Thirdly, multiple linear regression was run to test the hypothesized model of relationships.[...].
