Motyvavimo sistemos tobulinimas „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ siekiant mažinti darbuotojų kaitą

Tyrimo problema yra kaip patobulinti motyvavimo sistemą „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“. Tyrimo objektas yra darbuotojų motyvavimo sistemos tobulinimas UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“. Pagrindinis šio diplominio darbo tikslas yra išsiaiškinti ir rasti būdų kaip patobulinti motyvacinę sistemą „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“, kad sumažinti darbuotojų kaitą ir padidinti jų įsipareigojimą įmonei. Teorinėje dalyje yra aptariama motyvacija, jos samprata, darbuotojų kaita ir jų įsipareigojimas. Analitinėje dalyje yra siekiama išsiaiškinti ir rasti būdų kaip patobulinti motyvacinę sistemą, kad sumažinti darbuotojų kaitą ir padidinti įsipareigojimą UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ įmonėje. Projektinėje dalyje yra aptariami siūlomi variantai motyvacinės sistemos tobulinimui. Tyrimo metodai yra literartūros analizė, kadangi buvo siekiama apžvelgti teorinius aspektus. Taip pat buvo naudojama kiekybinė anketinė apklausa, kurios tikslas buvo surinkti UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ darbuotojų nuomonę apie motyvaciją ir įsipareigojimą. Tyrimo rezultatai pateikė dvi „medalio puses“, pirmoji, didžioji dauguma darbuotojų neplanuoja keisti darbovietės, jaučiasi lojalūs padaliniui, savo skyriui. Antroji, jie jaučiasi demotyvuoti, nes neveikia motyvavimo sistema, trūksta karjeros galimybių, neefektyvi mokymų sistema, kuri nesudomina arba neįtraukia darbuotojo į įmonės veiklos procesus./The research problem is how to improve motivational system in „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“. The research object is employees motivation system improvement at UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“. Main goal of this diploma paper is to analize and find options how to improve motivation system in UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“, reduce employee turnover and increase employee commitment for the company. In theoretical part is talking about motivation, it‘s conception, employee turnover and their commitment. In analitical part I am tying to find a way how to improve motivation system, reduce employee turnover and increase emploee commitment in UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“. In a project part is talking about options how to improve motivation system. Research method is literature analysis because it‘s used to observe aspects of theoretical motivation measures. Also, quantitative questionnaire for employees, which has purpose to collect UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ employees opinion about motivation ant commitment. Research results gives us to sides of medal – first one is that the most of employees are not plannig to change their job, they feel loyalty for the unit, for the section. Second one is that they feel demotivated because motivation system does not work, there is not enought career opportunities, not effective training system which is not interesting and cannot include employee to the companie work environment.
