Abstract

I am a Professor of Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania). My research focuses on employee experience, organizational attractiveness, organizational thriving, psychological capital, and organizational development under conditions of uncertainty. I have published peer-reviewed research in international journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus and have contributed to the development and validation of research instruments in organizational studies. Alongside my academic work, I have extensive experience in academic leadership and research-based policy advisory activities, contributing to national and international research and innovation initiatives. My work bridges conceptual and empirical research with applied organizational and societal impact, particularly in the context of sustainable work, workplace transformation, and human-centered organizational development.
