Abstract

SUMMARY Leader work organization: in example of Varėna district sub-municipality The final work of postgraduate studies pages, pictures, tables sources of literature, schedules, in Lithuanian language. KEY WORDS: The object of the research – the work of Varėna sub-municipality leaders. The task of the work – to explore theoretical aspects of leader work organization, identify directions and ways for development of leader work organization and propose suggestions for development of leader work organization in Varėna sub – municipality. The goals of the work are: 1. To analyze the matter of leader work and identify the main functions. 2. To analyze the main aspects of leader work organization. 3. To identify factors that block effective organization of the leader work. 4. To identify the importance of organization the work place and work conditions for workers of sub – municipality. 5. To fulfill the qualitative research of leaders work organization in Varėna sub – municipalities. 6. To offer suggestions for development of leader work organization in Varena sub – municipality. The ways of the research - to aim monographic methods of research, to aim the methods of synthesis and analysis, the method of logic, the method of comparison, the method of questioning, graphic presentation, and other methods. The final work of postgraduate studies consists of three sections: literature analysis, researches and their results, suggestions for development of leader work organization in Varena sub – municipality. The research of leader work organization is given in the first section of the study. The results of the research of leader work organization in Varena sub – municipality is given in the second section of the final work. The suggestions for development of leader work organization in Varena sub – municipality are also given in the study.
