Abstract
Dauguma moterų, kurios susilaukė neišnešiotų naujagimių, patiria emocinius išgyvenimus, kurie gali išsivystyti į nerimą ir depresiją. Teigiamos motinos emocijos yra labai svarbios, formuojant naujagimiui pozityvią patirtį. Siekiant gerinti motinų, slaugančių neišnešiotus naujagimius, emocinę būklę galima būtų taikyti meno terapiją, kuri mažina neviltį, nukreipia žmogaus kentėjimus ir psichoemocinius išgyvenimus į saviraišką, o individualiai sukurti vaizdai gali padėti suprasti save. Ebru menas – puiki priemonė, galinti palengvinti kasdienį stresą bei įtampą, padedanti atrasti save kiekviename žmogaus gyvenimo laikotarpyje.
Darbo tikslas – įvertitinti ebru (tapymo ant vandens) poveikį neišnešiotus naujagimius slaugančių motinų emocinei būklei. Darbo tikslui pasiekti keliami šie uždaviniai:
1. Atskleisti naujagimius anksčiau laiko pagimdžiusių moterų emocinę būklę.
2. Atskleisti meninės raiškos užsiėmimų poveikį emocijoms.
3. Įvertinti ebru (tapymo ant vandens) užsiėmimų poveikį neišnešiotus kūdikius slaugančių motinų emocinei būklei.
Taikyti tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, kokybinis veiksmo vertinamasis tyrimas, atvejo analizė, nerimo ir depresijos lygiui vertinti buvo naudojama HAD (angl. Hospital anxiety and depression scale) skalė. Tyrimo rezultatai: aštuonių atvejų tyrimo duomenų analizės metu nustatyta, kad ebru meno užsiėmimai statistiškai reikšmingai darė teigiamą įtaką motinų, kurios slaugė neišnešiotus naujagimius, emocinei sveikatai: ramino (p ≤ 0,001), respondentės mažiau jaudinosi dėl galimų pasekmių (p ≤ 0,05), jos jautėsi labiau atsipalaidavusios (p ≤ 0,05), mažiau įsitempusios (p ≤ 0,05), sumažėjo kai kurių nuovargis. Visos respondentės jautėsi saugios tiek prieš tyrimą, tiek tyrimo metu. Visais tirtais atvejais ebru meno užsiėmimų skaičius labai koreliavo su motinų emocinės būklės HAD balų mažėjimu, tiriamųjų emocinė būklė kito nuo ryškių depresijos ir nerimo simptomų iki normalaus nerimo būklės jau po keturiu ar penkių ebru meno užsiėmimų. Visais tirtais atvejais motinų, slaugančių neišnešiotus naujagimius, emocinė būsena turėjo stiprų tiesinį ryšį su naujagimio svorio didėjimu.

Most of the women who have had premature newborns have emotional experiences that can develop into anxiety and depression. Positive emotions of a mother are very important for the positive experience of the newborn. Art therapy can be used to improve the emotional state of mothers who take care of premature babies. It relieves despair and directs human suffering and psycho-emotional experiences towards self-expression, while individually created images can help you to understand yourself. Ebru art is a great tool to ease everyday stress and tension. It helps you to discover yourself in every period of a human life.
Work aim – to evaluate the effect of Ebru art (water painting) on the emotional state of mothers who take care of the premature newborns. The following objectives were set to achieve the aim:
1. To reveal the emotional state of the women who have given premature birth.
2. To highlight the impact of artistic activities on emotions.
3. To evaluate the effect of Ebru (water painting) sessions on the emotional state of the mothers who take care of the premature newborns.
The research methods: analysis of scientific literature, qualitative evaluative study, case studies, the HAD (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale) scale was used to assess the level of anxiety and depression. Research results: the data analysis of eight case studies revealed that Ebru art classes made a statistically significant impact on the emotional health of mothers who cared for premature babies: they had a calming effect (p ≤ 0,001), respondents were less worried about possible consequences (p ≤ 0,05), they felt more relaxed (p ≤ 0,05), less tense (p ≤ 0,05), some have experienced the decreased fatigue. All respondents felt safe both before and during the study. In all cases investigated the number of Ebru art sessions strongly correlated with the decline in HAD scores of maternal emotions, the emotional state of the subjects changed from severe depression and anxiety symptoms to normal anxiety condition after four or five Ebru art sessions. In all the cases investigated, the emotional state of the mothers, who took care of the premature newborns, had a strong linear relationship with the newborn's weight gain.
