Abstract
1. Ištirti biologinių preparatų įtaką bulvių augimui: bulvių lapų sausajai masei, bulvių lapų plotui, chlorofilo indeksui.
2. Ištirti biologinių preparatų įtaką bulvių derlingumui.
3. Nustatyti biologinių preparatų įtaką bulvių gumbų kokybiniams rodikliams: krakmolo ir sausųjų medžiagų kiekiui.
Bandymo metodai – bulvių lapų plotas nustatytas „WinDIAS“ prietaisu. Chlorofilo kiekio indeksas nustatytas spektrofotometru MINOLTA SPAD 502. Sausų medžiagų kiekis – džiovinimo būdu. Krakmolo kiekis nustatytas poliarimetriniu metodu.
Tyrimo rezultatai: Palyginus tirtus preparatus didžiausia lapų masė (3,87 g) nustatyta panaudojus biologinį preparatą „Bactoforce“. Esmingai didžiausias bulvių plotas nustatytas variantuose, kur buvo naudoti biologiniai preparatai „Biohran“, „Bactoforce“ ir „Bactolive tuber“. Variantuose, kur buvo naudoti biologiniai preparatai „Bactoforce“, „Bactolive tuber“ ir „Bioelement“ bulvių lapuose nustatytas esmingai didesnis chlorofilo indeksas. Didžiausias chlorofilo indeksas (38,92) nustatytas variante, kur bulvėms naudotas biopreparatas „Bioelement“. Bendram bulvių derlingumui, biologiniai preparatai esminės įtakos neturėjo, tačiau nustatytos prekinių bulvių derliaus didėjimo tendencijos. Didžiausias prekinių bulvių derlingumas nustatytas variante, kur buvo naudotas biopreparatas „Bioelement“. Krakmolo kiekiui bulvių gumbuose naudoti biologiniai preparatai esminės įtakos neturėjo. Esmingai mažiausias sausųjų medžiagų kiekis (33,46 %) nustatytas variante, kur buvo naudotas biologinis preparatas „Bioelement“.

The field test was performed in 2018. In Kėdainiai district, Daukšiai village.
The object - of the test is potatoes and biological preparations.
The aim - of the test was to investigate the influence of biological preparations on potato yield and tuber quality.
Tasks:
1. To investigate the influence of biological preparations on potato growth: dry weight of potato leaves, potato leaf area, chlorophyll index.
2. To study the influence of biological preparations on potato yield.
3. To determine the influence of biological preparations on the quality indicators of potato tubers: starch and dry matter content. Potato leaf dry weight, potato leaf area, chlorophyll index, starch content, dry matter.
Test methods - Potato leaf area was determined with a WinDIAS device. The chlorophyll content index was determined with a spectrophotometer MINOLTA SPAD 502. The dry matter content was determined by drying. The starch content was determined by the polarimetric method.
Results of the study: When comparing the tested preparations, the maximum leaf mass (3.87 g) was determined by using the biological preparation Bactoforce. The significant maximum potato area was found in the variants where the biological preparations Biohran, Bactoforce and Bactolive tuber were used. In the variants where the biological preparations Bactoforce, Bactolive tuber and Bioelement were used, the potato leaves showed a significantly higher chlorophyll index. The highest chlorophyll index (38.92) was found in the variant where the bio-preparation Bioelement was used for potatoes. Biological preparations did not have a significant effect on the overall yield of potatoes, but increasing trends in the yield of marketed potatoes were identified. The highest yield of marketed potatoes was determined in the variant where the bio-preparation Bioelement was used. The starch content in potato tubers was not significantly affected by the biological preparations. Significantly the lowest dry matter content (33.46%) was found in the variant where the biological preparation Bioelement was used
