Abstract: Darbo problema – sparčiai tobulėjant naujosioms technologijoms kūrybinis sektorius vis suteikia didesnes galimybės kūrybai. Tokiu atveju atsiranda daugiau karjeros galimybių, tačiau populiarumas neretai iššaukia konkurencijos šuolį. Tai reiškia, jog potencialo augimas skatina stipriau konkuruoti dėl darbo vietos. Ypatingai jauniems studentams tampa iššūkis įgyti darbo patirties kurios dažniausiai reikalauja darbdaviai. Tad perspektyvūs jauni žmonės kovoja dėl kar-jeros galimybių, tačiau patirties stoka neretai tampa kriterijumi, kuris atbaido darbdavius nuo perspektyvaus jaunimo. Darbo objektas – kūrybinės organizacijos hipotetinis įkūrimas ir kūrybinis meno pro-jektas. Tikslas – sukurti argumentuotą kūrybinės organizacijos Lietuvoje įkūrimo planą ir orga-nizacijos specifiką atitinkančias jos vystymo strategijas. Siekiant tikslingai įvertinti kūrybinio indėlio svarbą darbe apžvelgiamos kūrybinės in-dustrijos, jų darbo galimybės, COVID-19 situacijos sukurti padariniai ir jų įtaka KKI sektoriui bei Lietuvos KI sektoriaus trumpa apžvalga. Taip pat išnagrinėtos organizacijos ypatumai, jų tipai, įkūrimo ir valdymo principai, galimybės ir komunikacijos strategijų perspektyvos. Atliktas tyri-mas, kuriuo išsiaiškinta pagrindinės problemos su kuriomis susiduria studentai ieškantys darbo pagal įgyta specialybę bei jų požiūrio nustatymas į svarbiausius dalykus siekiant karjeros. Re-miantis atliktais tyrimais parengtas kūrybinio projekto įkūrimo planas, kuriame pateikiama in-formacija, kuri leidžia susidaryti organizacijos požiūrį, siekius ir vertybes. Sukuriamos įvairios strategijos ir pateikiamas kūrybinio projekto planas, kuris galėtų įprasminti kūrybinę organizaciją. Darbe įvertinta, jog kūrybinės industrijos yra plati sfera, kuri gali būti viena iš atspariau-sių krizės akivaizdoje, kuomet idėjos generuoja naujas kryptis. Taip pat įvertinta organizacijų nauda jauniems studentams bei pačios organizacijos galimybės bei grėsmės. Atkreipiant dėmesį į KKI sektoriaus stiprumą ekonomikoje, pateikiamos strategijos, kurių siekiai galėtų prisidėti prie ekonomikos gerinimo Lietuvoje. The problem of the work is the rapid development of new technologies in the creative sector with all the greater opportunities. In this case more career opportunities are needed but the popular one often provokes a jump in competition. This means that growth in potential encourages stronger competition for jobs. Especially for young students it becomes a challenge to gain expe-rience that are necessary for many employers. Although promising young people struggle for ca-reer opportunities, still the lack of experience often becomes a criterion that deters employers from promising young people. The object of the work is the gaining experience of students in the creative industry sec-tor. The goal is to create a reasoned plan for the establishment of a creative organization in Lithuania and an organization-specific relevant development strategy A brief overview of the CCI sector and the Lithuanian CI sector aims to purposefully as-sess the importance of the creative contribution to the work, which is dedicated to the creative industries, their job opportunities, the creation of COVID-19 situations and their impact.. Peculi-arities of the organization, their types, principles of establishment and management, possibilities and perspectives of communication strategy are also examined. The research was carried out when the main problems faced by students looking for a job according to the acquired specialty and their attitude to the determination of the most important things for a career were clarified.. Based on the research, a plan for the establishment of a creative project has been prepared, which pro-vides information that allows the formation of the organization's attitude, aspirations and values. Various strategies are developed and a creative project plan is presented that could make the crea-tive organization meaningful. The paper evaluates that the creative industries are a broad sphere, which can be one of the most resilient in the face of the crisis, when ideas generate new directions. The benefits of the organizations for young students and the opportunities and threats of the organization itself were also assessed. Paying attention to the strength of the CCI sector in the economy, strategies are pre-sented, the aspirations of which could contribute to the improvement of the economy in Lithuania.
