Darbo objektas – ŽŪV įmonių motyvavimo sistemai įtaką darantys organizacijos vidinės aplinkos veiksniai. Darbo tikslas – parengti organizacijos vidinės aplinkos veiksnių poveikio modelį darbuotojų motyvavimo sistemai tobulinti. Darbo problema – kiekviena įmonė pasižymi unikaliais vidinės aplinkos veiksniais, kurie turi reikšmingą poveikį motyvacinių priemonių veiksmingumui. Šiuo darbu analizuojama, kokia yra optimali darbuotojų motyvavimo sistema žemės ūkio verslo įmonėms, atsižvelgiant į vidinių veiksnių įtaką jai.
Research object: Internal environment factors influencing the employee motivation system of agricultural business organizations. Research aim: To develop the motivation system, modeled for agricultural business organizations, taking into account the influence of the organization‘s internal environment factors. Objectives:
- To analyze the tendencies of the influence of internal environment factors on the employee motivation systems in agricultural business organizations;
- To present the theoretical aspects and classification of the organization‘s internal environment factors, the motivation system and its motivational tools.
- To model the most optimal motivation system for agricultural business organizations, based on the results obtained during the research, which would take into account the specifics of the organization‘s internal environment. Research results: • In the first part of the thesis, the main tendencies of employee motivation systems of agricultural business organizations were analyzed. The main problems were distinguished, the most important of them being the ineffective use of universal motivation systems and rare use of organizational and sociopsychological motivational tools. • In the second part, it was concluded that the internal environment factors that should be analyzed are the organization‘s culture, goals and strategy, structure, human capital and the technologies. It was decided to carry out the research by doing a questionnaire with 60 employees of different management levels in the chosen agricultural business organization. • The third part contained the overview of the research results, which showed great differences between respondents‘ opinions, depending on their work experience, education and position in the company. After modeling the optimal motivation system for agricultural business organizations, it was concluded that the employees are more likely to be motivated by sociopsychological motivational tools.
