Atsargų valdymo gerinimas maisto produktų prekyboje: UAB ''The Meat Point'' atvejis

Tyrimo tikslas - pateikti rekomendacijas atsargų valdymo gerinimui maisto prekÄmis prekiaujanÄios UAB ,,The Meat Pointââ atveju. Naudoti metodai: darbe taikyta mokslinÄs literatÅ«ros analizÄ, SSGG modelis, lyginimo ir apibendrinimo metodai analizuojant įmonÄs konkurentus. Atlikta klientų bei darbuotojų apklausa. Apklausoje dalyvavo virÅ¡ 100 respondentų. Buvo klausiama: kokia jų socialinÄ padÄtis, amÅŸius, kokių prekių pasigenda įmonÄs siÅ«lomame asortimente bei kokius aptarnavimo trÅ«kumus reiktų paÅ¡alinti. Rezultatai parodÄ, jog pagrindinÄ problema yra ta, kad norimas gaminys bÅ«na iÅ¡pirktas ir jo laukti reikia ne vienÄ mÄnesį. Analizuojant įmonÄs pelno ataskaitas bei taikant ABC metodÄ iÅ¡skirti produktai, kurių reikia atsisakyti, o kuriuos praplÄsti. ApskaiÄiuotas optimalus uÅŸsakymo kiekis skirtingiems produktams. Analizuotas įmonÄje parduodamų prekių sezoniÅ¡kumas. Sukurtas vadybos gerinimo planas bei prekių iÅ¡dÄstymo parduotuvÄje schema. Apibendrinant galima sakyti, kad pagrindinis įmonÄs trÅ«kumas valdant atsargas yra tai, kad jų daÅŸnai pritrÅ«ksta. Kad tas nesikartotų, reikia atlikti atsargų valdymo skaiÄiavimus. Be to, kad įmonÄ bÅ«tų konkurencinga, daug dÄmesio reikia skirti reklamai, darbuotojų mokymui, konkurentų analizei. Nuolatos atnaujinti asortimentÄ . Daugiausiai dÄmesio skirti sÅ«rio, alyvuogių, bei rieÅ¡utų ploÄiui ir gyliui, maÅŸiau alkoholiui, Å¡aldytiems gaminiams, duonelÄms. Svarbu stebÄti prekių sezoniÅ¡kumÄ , nuo to priklauso atsiveÅŸamų prekių kiekis. DidÅŸiausiÄ pelnÄ neÅ¡a gruodis, svarbu, kad šį mÄnesį prekių nepritrÅ«ktų. StrategiÅ¡kai dÄlioti prekes prekybos salÄje. Kad įmonÄ bÅ«tų konkurencinga rinkoje, reikia nuolatos stebÄti tiek mikro, tiek makro aplinkÄ , bei tinkamai valdyti visas turimas atsargas. Raktiniai ÅŸodÅŸiai: atsargų valdymas, asortimento formavimas, optimalus uÅŸsakymo dydis, produktų iÅ¡dÄstymo strategija.
Research aim - To make recommendations for grocery store JSC âThe Meat Pointâ how to optimize inventory management.
Research methods:
In the paper the analysis of scientific literature was used, SWOT model, comparison and generalization methods in the analysis of the companyâs competitors were applied in the work. A survey of customers and employees was conducted. More than 100 respondents participated in the study. The questions were asked: what is their social situation, age, what goods are missing from the product range offered by the company and what shortcomings should be eliminated. The results showed that main reason is that desired product was sold out and it takes more than a month to get a product. The analysis of the companyâs profit and using ABC method identified that products that needed to be discontinued and what product needs to be expended. The optimal order quantity for different products has been calculated. The seasonality of the goods sold in the company was analyzed. A management improvement plan and a scheme for layout of goods in the store have been developed.
In summary the main disadvantage of a company in managing inventories is that they are often in short of supply. To prevent this from happening again inventory management calculations need to be performed. In addition, for a company to be competitive a lot of attention needs to be paid to advertising employee training and competitor analysis. Constantly update product range. Focus on the product width and depth of cheese, olives and nuts, less on alcohol, frozen products and bread. It is important to monitor seasonality of the goods depending on the amount of goods brought in. The biggest profit obtained in December, it is important that there is no shortage of goods this month. Strategically place goods in the shop. In order for company to be competitive in the market, it is necessary to constantly monitor both micro and macro environment and to properly manage all available stocks.
