Abstract
Tyrimai atlikti 2016 ir 2017 m. Vytauto Didžiojo universiteto Žemės ūkio akademijos Bandymų stotyje. Tyrimo objektas – rapso (Brassica napus L. spp. oleifera biennis Metzg.) žieminės formos agrocenozė. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti skirtingų necheminių piktžolių kontrolės būdų (terminio, mechaninio ir stelbimo) ir biologinių preparatų įtaką dirvožemio savybėms žieminių rapsų agrocenozėje. Numatyti tyrimo uždaviniai tyrimų tikslui pasiekti – nustatyti skirtingų necheminių piktžolės kontrolės būdų ir biologinių preparatų įtaką: dirvožemio agrofizikinėms savybėms, dirvožemio biologinėms savybėms, žieminių rapsų sėklų derlingumui.
Tyrimo metodai: šlyties pasipriešinimas nustatytas po piktžolių kontrolės būdų panaudojimo lauko kietmačiu „Geonor 72410“, matuojant kiekviename laukelyje 5 vietose, 7–10 cm gyliu. Dirvožemio struktūrai nustatyti naudotas Retsch sijojimo aparatas. Dirvožemio CO2 emisija (μmol m-2 s-1) nustatyta 0–10 cm armens sluoksnyje nešiojamu analizatoriumi Li-Cor 6400-09 žieminių rapsų žydėjimo tarpsniu (BBCH 65) (po skirtingų piktžolių kontrolės būdų ir biologinių preparatų panaudojimo). Dirvožemio hidrolazių (ureazės ir sacharazės) aktyvumas nustatytas: ureazės – pagal Hofmann ir Schmidt (1953) metodus, sacharazės – pagal Hofmann ir Seegerer (1950) metodus, modifikuotus A. I. Čiunderovos. Sliekų kiekis dirvožemyje nustatytas po rapsų derliaus nuėmimo. Kiekviename laukelyje dvejose vietose kastos duobės 0,25 m2, 25 cm gyliu. Sliekai surinkti, suskaičiuoti ir pasverti. Rapsų sėklų derlingumas apskaičiuotas standartinio 8,5 proc. drėgnio ir absoliučiai švariu sėklų kiekiu (t ha-1).
Tyrimo rezultatai.

The field experiment was conducted at the Experimental Station of Vytautas Magnus University in 2016 and 2017. Research object – agrocenosis of winter oilseed rape ((Brassica napus L. spp. oleifera biennis Metzg.). The aim of investigations was to determine the influence of different weed control methods (thermal, mechanical, self-regulation) and biological preparations on the soil biological properties in the agrocenosis of winter oilseed rape. Objectives: determine the influence of methods of non-chemical weed control and the biological preparations for: soil agrophysical properties, soil biological properties, winter rape seed yield.
Research methods: shear resistance has been measured following the use of weed control systems with the Geonor 72407 (kPa read S2M1L 0.5), it was measured in 5 different places in a soil layer of 7 to 10 cm. Retsch screening machine was used to determine the structure of the soil. Soil CO2 emissions (μmol m-2 s -1) were determined in a soil layer of 0 to 10 cm with a portable analyzer Li-Cor 6400-09 during the winter rapeseed flowering stage (following the use of weed control systems and biological preparations). The activity of soil hydrolases (urease and saccharase) were determined: urease - according to Hofmann and Schmidt (1953) methods, saccharase - according to Hofmann and Seegerer (1950) methods modified by A. I. Čiunderova (1973). Earthworm research was carried out after harvesting rape. In four places of each plot, 25 cm-deep holes 25 x 25 cm in size were dug. Earthworms were collected, washed, drained, counted and weighed. The yield of oilseed rape was calculated using the standard 8.5% moisture and absolutely clean seed amount (t ha-1).
Research results: During the autumn vegetation period the using of biological preparations, as compared to their non-use, significantly increased the soil shear resistance by 13.5% in plots where smothering was used. During the spring vegetation period the application of self-regulation with and without biological preparations significantly increased the soil shear resistance by 10.6 and 8.3% and 11.7 and 14.9%, compared to the thermal and mechanical weed control systems. The use of biological preparations, as compared to their non-use, significantly reduced the amount of mega-aggregates by 1.5 times in plots where thermal weed control methods was used in the winter oilseed rape agrecenosis, and the amount of macro-aggregates was significantly increased 23.3% by applying thermal weed control. Application of the mechanical weed control method and using of biological preparations significantly 2.6 and 2.0 times decreased CO2 emissions from the soil, compared with plots where thermal weed control method and smothering was used. The use of biological

preparations significantly 32.7% increased CO2 emissions from the soil in plots where thermal weed control method was used. Application of the thermal weed control method and using of biological preparations significantly 2.0 times stimulated the activity of enzyme urease in the soil, compared with plots where mechanical weed control method and smothering was used. The use of biological preparations, as compared to their non-use, significantly 2.0 times inhibited the activity of enzyme urease in the soil, where mechanical weed control method was used. The highest activity of enzyme saccharase was observed in the soil, where thermal weed control method and biological preparations were used. The use of biological preparations, as compared to their non-use, significantly 14,5 % inhibited the activity of enzyme saccharase in the soil, where smothering was used. The highest number of earthworms and mass was found in crop where thermal weed control and biological preparations were used. The using of biological preparations significantly increased 2.5 times number of earthworms in the soil, where smothering system was used. The application of mechanical and thermal weed control methods significantly increased the soil shear resistance by 10.6 and 8.3% and 11.7 and 14.9%, compared to the thermal and mechanical weed control systems. Oilseed rape yield has been found significantly higher in plots where were used mechanical and thermal weed control methods by 3.2 and 4.2% and 3.0 and 3.6%, compared with plots where smothering was used.
