Abstract: Darbe aptariami klientų logistinio aptarnavimo proceso teoriniai aspektai, vykdomas tyrimas, kurio metu nustatomos UAB "Ugnesa" klientų aptarnavimo gerinimo galimybės. Nustatytos trys didžiausios įmonės klientų logistinio aptarnavimo problemos UAB "Ugnesa". Darbe yra nustatytos priemonės, kurias taikant galima pagerinti įmonės klientų logistinį aptarnavimą.
The theoretical aspects of the customer logistics service process are discussed in the work, a research is carried out, during which the possibilities of improving the customer service of JSC "Ugnesa" are determined. The three biggest problems of the company's customer logistics service for UAB "Ugnesa" have been identified. The paper identifies measures that can improve the logistics service of the company's customers.
