The assessment of socially responsible investment: green bonds case

Abstract

Based on the theoretical analysis of investment in green bonds to identify and assess differences in the pricing between Green bonds and conventional bonds. Part 1 of the research paper, the theoretical framework of green bonds and its characteristics, In this chapter all the concepts and basic terminologies related to topic has been described in details then in addiction with the description of previous researches , lastly there is an overview of the empirical research done related to this topics and finding have been mentioned In chapter 2 research methodology is defined asses the green bond premium . overview context for the empirical research , next chapter is about aim and relevance and aim then moving forward with empirical hypotheses generation ,empirical research method and sample and then ending with the limitation 3rd part aims to analyze and define the outcome, which is obtained during the empirical research of green bond premium, this part of the paper is organized based on methodology background . a primary assessment of models is tested, next to the results of the imperial analysis consisting in line with the hypothesis testing formulated into the methodology section.
