Abstract
Research tasks:
- To analyze the internal and external conflict management the concept and causes of NGOs
- To find out the need to optimize the management of internal and external conflicts in NGOs
- To provide solutions for optimization of internal and external conflict management strategy in non-governmental organizations Research methods: methods of analysis, systematization, evaluation, comparison of scientific literature, empirical qualitative research using interview instruments, collected answers of research participants are divided into categories and subcategories, compared with each other, analyzed and interpreted. The first part of the work analyzes the concept and peculiarities of organizational conflicts, discusses organizational conflict management strategies. In the empirical part of the work, a study is conducted to analyze the case of NGOs, assessing the effectiveness of the applied conflict management strategy and the need to optimize conflict management in the organizational culture. The third part of the work presents practical solutions that could potentially strengthen the conflict management of NGOs in order to achieve a higher level of prevention and the ability to reduce the destructiveness of conflicts for the organization itself. Research results:NGO conflict management does not have a well-established practice and depends directly on the NGO's own internal culture. The problem remains that conflict management is not necessarily implemented as part of the organization's activities, but, on the contrary, is separated from the framework, leading to harmful experiences of conflicts in the NGO's internal environment.
