Abstract
Tyrimo objektas – valgomųjų pupų pasėlis skirtingai dirbtoje dirvoje.
Tyrimo tikslas įvertinti valgomųjų pupų produktyvumą ir produktyvumo elementus taikant skirtingas žemės dirbimo technologijas.
Tyrimo uždaviniai:
1. nustatyti dirvožemio drėgmę ir temperatūrą pupų sėjos metu;
2. nustatyti dirvožemio šlyties pasipriešinimą pupų sėjos metu;
3. įvertinti pupų pasėlio sudygimą ir dygimo energiją;
4. įvertinti augalų produktyvumo rodiklius prieš derliaus nuėmimą;

Research object – faba bean crop in different soil tillage systems
Research aim – to evaluate faba bean productivity and formation of productivity elements using different soil tillage systems.
Objectives:
1. to find the soil moisture and temperature at the time of faba bean sowing;
2. to find the shear resistance at the time of faba bean sowing;
3. to evaluate the germination of faba bean and germination energy;
4. to evaluate the productivity ratios before the harvest;
5. to find the faba bean yield in different soil tillage systems.
Research methods: soil temperature, moisture and shear were measured. After 3 and 10 days of first sprout appearance the density of sprouts in the field is counted. When the faba bean reaches the waxy maturity stage, 1 m2 crop density is counted and in each field 10 plants are cut to find out biometric ratios: number of pods, amount of seeds in the pod. The weight of 1000 grains were calculated by measuring 1 kg of seeds from every field during the harvest.
Research results: significantly different faba bean yield was achieved in different soil tillage systems. The level of moisture was significantly higher in shallow and deep loosening than in direct seeding systems. Different soil tillage systems had no effect on soil temperature. The lowest shear resistance was found in an uncultivated soil. The highest level of germination energy was noticed in the deep loosened plot, however, there were no significant differences in the end of germination. The highest number of pods was found in deep loosened field, but the number of seeds in the pod did not depend on the soil tillage method. The highest weight of 1000 grains were measured in direct seeding, but the highest yield was achieved in the deep loosened plot.
