Abstract

Tyrimo objektas – Vestuvių kalno parko teritorija Tyrimo tikslas – parengti Vestuvių kalno parko teritorijos tvarkymo projektą. Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti Vestuvių kalno parko teritorijos esamą būklę. 2. Parengti Vestuvių kalno parko teritorijos tvarkymo projektą. 3. Atlikti projekto ekonominius – techninius skaičiavimus. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros loginė analizė ir sintezė, lyginamosios analizės visų Utenos miesto parkų ir aikščių grafikos modeliavimo metodų apžvalga, Utenos savivaldybės darbuotojų – Teritorijų planavimo ir statybos skyriaus vyriausios specialistės J.Paragytės ir Kaimo ir bendruomenių reikalų skyriaus vyriausiojo specialisto S.Urbono – apklausa. Darbo rezultatai: Pirmoje darbo dalyje trumpai supažindinama su rekreacinių išteklių tvarkymu, susijusiais įstatymais. Taip pat, aptariama kraštovaizdžio ir želdynų samprata literatūroje bei parkų istorinė raida. Antroje darbo dalyje trumpai aprašoma darbo metodika. Trečioje darbo dalyje kalbama apie Utenos miesto bendrąją charakteristiką. Ketvirtoje darbo dalyje aptariama Utenos miesto rekreacijos ir turizmo išteklių analizė. Penktoje darbo dalyje analizuojama Vestuvių kalno parko teritorijos esama būklė, atlikta SSGG analizė bei gamtovaizdžio vertinimas. Šeštoje darbo dalyje kalbama apie Vestuvių kalno parko teritorijos projektą. Pateikiamas teritorijos funkcinis zonavimas bei ekonominiai-techniniai skaičiavimai. Pagrindinės išvados: Objekto plotas - 4,5 ha. Po projekto įgyvendinimo didžiąją dalį teritorijos užimtų medžių krūmų želdiniai – net 34,5 proc. Naudojant AutoCAD ir Skech UP programas buvo įgyvendintas darbo tikslas – parengtas Vestuvių kalno parko tvarkymo projektas. Nustatytos keturios funkcinės zonos: lauko kavinė, aktyvi poilsio zona, pasyvi poilsio zona ir edukacinė poilsio zona. Projektui įgyvendinti reikia virš 1,7 mln. Eur.

Research object - The territory of Wedding Hill Park. The aim of the research is to prepare a project of the Wedding Hill territory. Objectives: 1. To analyze the current condition of the Wedding Hill Park territory. 2. To prepare a project for the management of the territory of Wedding Hill Park. 3. Carry out economic and technical calculations of the project. Research methods: logical analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparative analysis of all Utena city parks and squares graphic modeling methods, a survey of J. Paragytė, Chief Specialist of the Territorial Planning and Construction Division, and S. Urbonas, Chief Specialist of the Rural and Community Affairs Division. Research results: Part One: briefly introduces the laws related to the management of recreational resources. Moreover, the concept of landscape and greenery in the literature and the historical development of park are discussed. Part two: briefly describes the work methodology. Part three: deals with the general characteristics of Utena city. Part four: discusses the analysis of Utena city recreation and tourism resources. Part five: analyzes the current condition of the Wedding Hill Park territory. Also, it performed SWOT analysis and landscape assessment. Part six: deals with the project of the territory of Wedding Hill Park. Functional zoning of the territory and economic-technical calculations are performed. Conclusions and practical application of the project: The area of the object is 4.5 ha. After the implementation of the project, most of the tree bushes occupied by the territory were planted with greenery - as much as 34.5%. Using AutoCAD and Skech UP softwares, the goal of the work was achieved - a project for the management of the Wedding Hill Park was prepared. Four functional zones have been identified: an outdoor café, an active recreation area, a passive recreation area and an educational recreation area. The project requires more than 1,7 mln. Euros.
