Abstract: Tyrimai buvo atlikti 2019-2020 metais Akademijos miestelyje, Kauno raj. atviros prieigos Žemės ir miškų jungtinio tyrimų centro kontroliuojamo klimato šiltnamyje. Tyrime buvo tirti rapsai. Tyrimo tikslas – Ištirti benzilaminopurino poveikį rapsų fiziologiniams rodikliams. Tikslui pasiekti buvo iškelti šie uždaviniai: Nustatyti benzilaminopurino poveikį chlorofilo indeksui, flavanolių indeksui, antocianų indeksui, azoto indeksui. Tyrimo uždaviniams įvykdyti tyrime buvo išskirti 3 variantai: Kontrolė, 50 mg L -1, 100 mg L -1 , 200 mg L -1. Benzilaminopurinu buvo nupurkšti rapsai BBCH 11-13, bei 33 tarpsnyje. Praėjus savaitei po purškimo ir praėjus 2 savaitėms po pirmo matavimo chlorofilų, flavanolių, antocianų ir azoto indeksai lapuose nustatyti daugiabangiu fluorimetru Multiplex 3.6 (Force-A, Prancūzija, Orsay). Tyrimui iš kiekvieno varianto imta 10-12 lapų. Atlikus išsikeltus uždavinius buvo nustatyta, kad esminio teigiamo poveikio rapsų lapų chlorofilo indeksui turėjo tik 50-100 mg L-1 BAP. 50-100 mg L-1 benzilaminopurino koncentracijos skatino rapsų apsirūpinimą azotu, o esminės įtakos antocianų kiekiui rapsų lapuose turėjo tik 200 mg L-1 .
The researches was carried out in 2019-2020 in the campus of the Academy, Kaunas district in an open access greenhouse controlled by the Joint Earth and Forests Research Center. The study examined summer oilseed rape The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of benzylaminopurine on the physiological indicators of spring oilseed rape. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: To determine the effect of benzylaminopurine on chlorophyll index, flavanol index, anthocyanin index, nitrogen index. To fulfill the objectives of the study, 3 variants were distinguished in the study: Control, 50 mg L -1, 100 mg L -1, 200 mg L -1. Rape was sprayed with benzylaminopurine on BBCH stages 11-13 and 33. One week after spraying and 2 weeks after the first measurement, the indices of chlorophyll, flavanols, anthocyanins, and nitrogen in the leaves were determined with a multiplex fluorimeter Multiplex 3.6 (Force-A, France, Orsay). 10-12 sheets were taken from each variant for the study. After the set tasks, it was found that only 50-100 mg of L-1 BAP had a significant positive effect on the chlorophyll index of rapeseed leaves. Concentrations of 50–100 mg L-1 benzylaminopurine promoted the nitrogen supply of rapeseed, and only 200 mg L-1 had a significant effect on the anthocyanin content in rapeseed leaves.
