Competition allows technological innovation to flourish. In order to stay in the market the organization has to search for its competitive advantage. Therefore, today, the organization gains a competitive advantage in order to manage quality. Universal implementation of quality management as competitive advantage in achievement now becomes a norm, so there is a growing number of organizations that want to implement global quality management philosophy and methodology. Total Quality Management provides a comprehensive modernization of the activities and help to solve many problems of competitiveness. However, to successfully compete in the market, one should be able to clarify the needs of users, choose the appropriate methods to satisfy their users, because it is one of the most important strategic aspects of the organization development process. Competitive product development is a complex activity; it requires good knowledge of consumer needs and expectations. This is mainly to the quality of the product development and shortened the duration of product development from inception to commercialization. All these problems are attributed to the quality function deployment method. It enables a regular user needs and expectations, and systematic study of each user of the product or service feasibility assessment. The author defines the concept of competitive products, reveals the purpose quality in sports organizations.
