Each organization can be characterized by a certain culture, which depending on its strength has a unique influence on the employees, their behaviour and values. Organizational culture is a kind of ideology, with the help of which the set objectives are achieved. Its essence is that the use of special symbols, the development of certain values and norms provide the opportunity to reflect all the general attitudes of the members of the organization concerning the ways they should work for the organization to prosper, have the possibility to meet their needs (i.e. the needs of all the members of the organization) and increase their motivation to work. Seeking to motivate their staff in achieving the objectives of the organization the leaders should first of all identify the most important and the most motivating factors of the organizational culture.
