Abstract

Knowledge management is considered as an essential chain of activities, part of organization management, ensuring intellectual capital management (creation, adaptation, growth, preservation), transforming skills, experience, competence into sustainable competitive advantage, innovation. Knowledge management consists not only by explicit knowledge management, but also difficultly definable and measurable organizational elements – values, culture, politic, relationships, which influences working individuals and their intellectual results.
