The object of investigation – eldership emplyeers. The subject of investigation – work organization development of eldership employeers. The aim of the work – analyse the theoretical aspects of work organization development of eldership. Methods of investigation were as follow: the system analysis of the literature on general science, the analysis of primary and secondary data, the ways of logical thought and comparison.
