The main purpose is to observe the effects of urban wastewater irrigation on soils on some parameters, pH, EC and heavy metals. The experiment consists of testing out the water several times of different qualities from paddy soils found in Albufera, Valencia (Spain), in order to quantify the drag or retention of infiltration through a vertical process in order to reproduce the actual conditions. To do this, three grounds are sprinkled with its own water. While these soils are irrigated with distilled water to simulate the effect of rain. We conclude that, in general, virtually no traceable elements are leached despite the significant increase in electrical conductivity which is due to macronutrients and other salts supplied through water containing soil. The experiement shows that the most important element is the natural process of salt extraction from the ground coming from rain water containing nutrients and trace elements which has a positive effect.
