Consumer’s choice is determined by the whole of internal and external factors therefore consumers appreciate all features of the product differently. There are special means in the market that can be determinant of consumer behaviour, id est product, price, place, promotion. Although the marketing specialists don’t have any influence on many of these factors but they can use some of the marketing factors if they want to identify customers who are interested in or to create new products that can satisfy the consumer needs better. Consumers usually choose products from a broad variety thus they satisfy their wishes and needs. Thinking about making offers of the products, it is necessary to know what factors promote consumers to buy the products. When all the factors are known, it is much easier to form the marketing solutions and to have the influence on the consumer behaviour. The information about the main marketing factors that are the most important for today’s consumer behaviour is analysed and presented in this article.
