Abstract (en)
In Lithuania the government determines the minimum salary. This is important reason why it has essential influence on a business profit, because the labour expenditure decreases a net profit. There are many Europe and USA scientists’ and professors’ theories why the minimum salary legalisation is good or not. There is no common agreement in this situation. The government should do the better decision considering more about workers and employers.
