Abstract (en)
The motivation to create products most of authors which are interested in entrepreneur capacity, marks as one of the most important attribute of entrepreneurs. After the investigation of motives, which leads farmers to be busy in agriculture, we can generate the system, which could help to make this motivation stronger. After the analysis of questionnaire poll record, there were abstracted four groups of motivation. After that, there were investigated, how strong are the links between the groups of motivation and farmers gender, age, way of produce and other factors.
