The aim of this article is to make the evaluation of offering the favours of JSC „Agrojavai" and to set the opportunities of company's services improvement. The main activity of JSC „Agrojavai” is grain’s and oilseed rape's procurement, protection and storame. This is a service company, which intermediate between grain‘s buyers and farmers. In order to ascertain the opinion and view of customers about the company‘s activity and offering services, the company's JSC „Agrojavai” analysis of customers have been performed. This kind of analysis revealed the ways which scope of activity must be improved. The main problems faced by customers are: the system of payment, expedition of service and low prices. This analysis will help the company to improve service, to retain existing customers and provide the opportunity to attract new potential clients as well. Thus, some directions of improvement of company's service there are recommended: development of the system of payment, expedition of service (by making the schedules or product delivery) and more accurate pricing, in order to maintain the optimal relation of product quality and price.
