Abstract

Small busineses in this case family farms are the backbone of the European economy so it is necessary to create a friendly environment in agricultural area to meet the needs of small business and to help stimulate entrepreneurship. In Europe as well as in Lithuania more and more attention and funding goes for the stimulation of entrepreneurship by creating favorable strategies also entrepreneurship is stimulated by organizing trainings, improving competence, knowledge and skills. It is very important that funds would be assigned for the effective actions related for improving entrepreneurship and serving largest possible group of small bussines. For planning measures to stimulate entrepreneurship, it is appropriate to decide on the effectiveness of the assumptions. One of these assumptions is education.
