Meat farm in Lithuania is one of the underlying areas of agriculture. The meat production influences greatly the economical, social and environmental development of the country and it also plays an important role in people‘s employment and the level of their financial situation. Different production such as bovine, pork and poultry are produced in Lithuania. There is a really very small number of mutton, lamb and rabbit producers and they don‘t make any significant changes in the balance of meat production. The biggest part of the meat production is used in home market and the other part is tranported to other countries. The prices of the meat products range cyclically and permanently because of the high competition and the sale. The producers rise the prices and then the production becomes unpopular so they have to change the prices again; it means they have to make them lower. Thus, it is very important to form the system of the production price factors which will make it easier to identify the ranges of the meat prices that make a great influence on the meat producers and consumers as well.
