The common problem trying to define the concept of definition for public relations are not mention the main functions of this action. In this article the principles of public relations organization are analyzing in non-government organizations. The main aim is to identify principles of public relations. Firstly there was analyzed theory and formulated the definition of public relation organization. In the practical part of article studying two non-government organizations: local action group “Lamatos žemė” and Lithuanian rural tourism association . Using documents analisies method are identified the public relations measures in mentioned organizations. Six principles are abstracted in public relations organization: to tell the truth, to present organization, to prove it with action, to listen to the customer, to manage for tomorrow, to select the staff with the responsibility, dialog organization constantly. The proving it with action and the dialog organization are main principles in local action group; the top principle of public relation organization is to present organization in Lithuanian rural tourism association.
