The purpose of investigation (research) is to disclose the dependence of pedagogue‘ s profession control on personality conflict – aggresion in the term of the education process. The investigation was done in the college of Marijampolė. 86 pedagogues participated in this investigation. They were presented with eksternal – internal scale, which consists of 30 propositions and the test about aggression – personality conflict. According to the data of investigation, there were identified the realized control degree of pedagogue‘s profession and it was compared with their aggression – personality conflict. The analysis of pedagogue‘s profession control and aggression – personality conflict in the article showed that pedagogues with internal opinion have positive communication. By risig conflict situation, the pedagogues are trying to find the compromises, avoid direct conflicts, offer the constructive ways of solutions. In order to reach the success of their profession, the pedagogues must be not only professionals, but also to know their personal features. They have not to punish, but to advice or to teach. It is really important for the relations between pedagogues and schoolchildren.
